Welcome to Harbour Supported Living Services Ltd.We have been established since the year 2000, predominantly providing care & support to individuals with mental health issues. We have since grown as a company by recognising that we could offer more high quality services to many other people with varying care & support needs. Over the years, the organisation has developed and expanded to provide supported living services to young adults and older individuals with a wider range of needs and disabilities. The service once delivered care & support to individuals that were placed in supported living accommodation, but now we also provide floating care & support which enables us to provide a tailor made service to the individual in their own home.
Our C.S.C.S service is aimed at carer relief and any individuals above the age of 18 years of age. This is known as the Care, Support & Companionship Service. It is aimed for those individuals who may require personal care, general support or just a companion to share stories and experiences with.
We pride ourselves in ensuring that the quality of the care & support that we provide is delivered in an empathetic, caring and professional manner. We have a structured model that is not only formulated by our creative support team but ensures that our service delivery is led by the feedback and guidance of the individuals that use our service.
We are registered with Social Services, the Supporting People Team and are governed by the Care Quality Commission. These bodies audit and provide frameworks & models to ensure that our service is of the best standard.
We have since grown as a company developing strong relationships with local organisations and services including Department of Social Services, Community mental Health Teams, Supporting People and Advocacy. We have also gained accreditation with Investors in People.
