gavelMost people who have been discharged from forensic mental health services will be eligible for aftercare services under section 117 of the Mental Health Act 1983. Harbour Supported Living Services Ltd provides individuals with severe mental illness with the mental health and social care they need rather than continuing their pathway through the criminal justice system. We work alongside Probationary Services and the Criminal Justice Mental Health Liaison Teams to ensure that individuals have the appropriate support required to prevent them from re-offending.
