Supported Living Accommodation
Harbour Supported Living Services Ltd have fully established and operating supported living accommodations around the Wirral varying from communal housing, self contained flats and small houses. We also have a good working relationship with local landlords and estate agents – meaning that we can support individuals in accessing local housing options for private rental if required.
24 Hour Supported Living Accommodation
We provide a 24 hour staffed accommodation for individuals whom require a more safe and secure environment within the community. This facility may be used for any individuals whose support and care needs exceed those that require basic support and care, but require more intensive support.
Floating Support / ‘Own Home’ Support
We offer floating support and care to individuals within their own home. We are aware that some individuals may not require accommodation, however do require some element of support and care. Therefore we provide floating support to individuals within the comfort of their own home.
